European & Brazilian Proposals: Empower One Million Diaspora Repatriates to Build a Nation in Sierra Leone

USA Proposal: Empower One Million Black American Households to Build a Nation in Liberia

📄 Introduction – A Historic Reckoning

The transatlantic slave trade was one of the most devastating crimes against humanity. European nations and Brazil were at the heart of this atrocity, transporting millions of Black people stolen from the continent of Africa to the Americas, profiting immensely from human suffering.

Today, we are calling on these nations to make amends by contributing to the Global Reparations Fund. This fund will finance the repatriation and nation-building efforts in Sierra Leone, creating opportunities for descendants of those stolen from the continent of Africa to return home and build a prosperous future. This is not just about restitution—it’s about building a legacy of justice, equity, and renewal.

📜 The Proposal at a Glance

We are calling on European nations and Brazil to collectively contribute $400 billion over 7 years to fund:

✅ $1 million in investment capital per household for wealth-building opportunities in Sierra Leone.

✅ $50,000 living stipend per household to ensure stability during the transition.

✅ $50 billion in infrastructure subsidies to develop roads, ports, energy grids, and water systems.

✅ $10 billion for K-12 education to build schools an vocational training centers.

✅ $1 billion annually in military assistance to secure Sierra Leone’s sovereignty. This plan aims to support one million diaspora households returning from former European colonies, including the Caribbean, South America, and parts of Africa.

Why Sierra Leone?

Sierra Leone holds a unique place in history as a symbol of freedom and return. In 1787, freed Black people from Britain founded the settlement of Freetown, which later became the capital of Sierra Leone. Today, it stands as a beacon of hope for the diaspora seeking to reconnect with their roots. By investing in Sierra Leone, European nations and Brazil can help fulfill a long-overdue promise to the descendants of those they enslaved.

🚨 The Urgency of Now

The world is shifting. BRICS nations, including Brazil and South Africa, are rapidly expanding their influence in Africa. European nations and Brazil must decide:

Will they lead the way in reparative justice and strengthen their ties with Africa?

Or will they allow China and Russia to dominate the continent's future?

By contributing to the Global Reparations Fund, these nations can:

✅ Make amends for their role in the transatlantic slave trade.

✅ Strengthen diplomatic and economic ties with Sierra Leone.

✅ Secure their influence in Africa in a rapidly changing global order.
